Poinsettia Wall Hanging – DIY Christmas Decoration for Doors or Walls
Deck your doors or walls with this DIY Christmas decoration made using artificial poinsettias.
This picture shows a wall hanging design, made for a presentation ceremony in a Town Hall. It was one of two identical ones.
The arrangement has been made on a gold bamboo backing, with dri-foam for the mechanics. The flowers and foliage were arranged into the dri-foam.
All the materials were artificial, and include Poinsettias, Red Roses, Eucalyptus (green and gold), artificial apples and Pine. Some gold painted dried fan palm, wicker balls and wicker lanterns were also included to help add a festive feel.
A gold bow of wire-edged ribbon was attached at the top, and the ribbon was wound down through the design, finishing with long tails at the bottom.
